Roasted vegetables Fideuá Dinner


Fideuà is a seafood dish originally from the coast of Valencia that is similar to paella, and even more so to arròs a banda, but with noodles instead of rice. This is a vegetarian version of the dish with roasted eggplant, red pepper, artichokes and mushrooms. Finished with alioli and lemon juice.
