Salmon Xatonada


Xatonada (pronounced: Chatonada) is a dish from Garraf and Penedés on the Catalan coast. This summer version of the Xatonada consists of greens and cod combined with Xató (pronounced: Chato), a typical sauce from Catalunya, made of almonds, toasted hazelnuts, bread with vinegar, garlic, olive oil and ñora peppers.
