- Carnivore: Roasted lamb -Spring lamb: Slow cook braised Ontario lamb shank served with fresh herbs blend yogurt sauce. Sided with wrinkle potatoes and roasted chard.
- Pescatarian: Baked sole “en papillote” with lemon caper butter sauce, carrots, spinach
- Vegetarian: Mushroom Vol au vent
